Card on File Policy

A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. No charges will be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
However, in the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice), the card on file will be charged the following fees:

• $50 — Eyelash extension fills, brow laminations, lash lifts, and teeth whitening sessions

• $20 — Brow wax and tint services

• Half of the total service cost — Full eyelash extensions

Charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations or reschedules made 48+ hours in advance will not incur a fee.

NO SHOWS or CANCELLATIONS - after start of appointment time - Card on file will be charged the full service amount.

Late Policy

There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid overlapping with the next client.

In this case, your card on file will be charged the same late cancellation fee listed above (based on your scheduled service).
Please plan accordingly to ensure you receive your full service time.

Late Fee

If you are more than 10 minutes late and your provider allows the appointment to proceed, a $10 late fee will be added to your total.

No-Call / No-Show

Clients who do not call or show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the missed service cost. Future appointments will require full prepayment to rebook.

Appointment Confirmations

All appointments must be confirmed at least 12 hours prior via text through the booking system.
Unconfirmed appointments will be considered last-minute cancellations, and a new appointment or deposit will be required to reschedule.
This ensures the provider has enough time to prepare and accommodate your service.

After-Hour Appointments

If you need to schedule outside of regular business hours, an additional fee equal to half of the service cost will be added to your total.

Guests & Children

Please do not bring guests or children to your appointment unless prior accommodations have been approved.

Prebooking

To maintain your lash retention and appointment schedule, please prebook your lash fills. Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, arrive late, or neglect aftercare may be declined for future bookings.

Foreign Lash Fills

No foreign lash fills will be accepted without an in-person consultation and approval.

Lash Fills

Clients must have at least 50% of lash extensions remaining to be considered a fill.
Anything less than 40% will be charged as a full set.

Lash Appointment Prep

To ensure the best results:

• Arrive with a clean face and no makeup around the eyes

• Avoid caffeine before your appointment

• Do not come hungry — bring water or a light snack beforehand

• Be prepared to lay down for 1–3.5 hours, depending on your set

• Silence your phone, avoid eating, gum chewing, or excessive talking during your appointment

Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 or older to receive services.
Clients under 18 must have a parent present or written parental consent.

Payments

All card payments are subject to a 2.8% processing fee.
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App may be accepted depending on the provider.
