Client Policies

• BOOKING DEPOSITS - are REQUIRED for all appointments. Half down for full eyelash extensions. $50 for teeth whitening sessions, $50 for eyelash extension fills, all facials, brow laminations, lash lift and tints, $20 for brow wax and tints. These deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If rescheduled with less than 48 hours before the appointment time, the deposit is non-transferable/ non-refundable. If rescheduled 48 hours + in advance, deposits may be transferable ONE time. Deposits may be sent through Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or with cash.

• Late Policy- there is a 10 MINUTE grace period. If the client is more than 10 minutes late to scheduled appointment, deposit is non- refundable and client will need to RESCHEDULE with a new booking deposit. 

• Late Fee- if more than 10 minutes late and provider allows scheduled appointment time to be serviceable, a $10 late fee will be added to the appointment cost.  

• No call/ No shows- will be charged for the full appointment cost missed and will need to prepay in full for the next appointment if wished to book again.

• Appointment Confirmations- all appointments MUST BE confirmed 12 + hours prior via text through the booking system. If the appointment is not confirmed with notice, it will be considered a last minute cancellation. A new appointment will need to be scheduled/ and or deposit placed. This ensures the provider has enough time to prep/accommodate for the scheduled appointment.

• After Hour Appointments- If a client is in dire need to schedule an appointment outside of business hours, there will be a "half of service cost charge" added fee to the service.

• Please no outside guests or children. Please message for accommodations.

• No public restroom (may use if needed) , please use restroom before coming to your appointment.

• Make sure to PREBOOK all lash fills.
Appointments must be kept. Reoccurring clients who reschedule, cancel, show up late, do not properly take care of lashes may be considered further unschedulable. 

• No FOREIGN LASH FILLS, in-person consult must be done in order to be considered to book.

• Lash Fills- must have 50% of lashes to be considered a FILL. Anything less than 40% is considered a full set and will be charged for full set pricing

• Lash Extension Appointments- Please prepare as the following: Wear comfy clothes, Come with a clean face and no makeup around eye area, do not drink caffeine prior, do not come hungry, prepared to lay down for 1-3 1/2 hours depending on set, silence cellphones, no eating/gum chewing during appointment, keep talking/ moving to a minimal 

• All Clients must be the age of 18 or over to receive services. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent present or have parental consent

• Payments- all card payments will be charged a 2.8% processing fee

• Tips are not required, but always greatly appreciated :)
